* No porn, hate, or racist sites allowed.
* You can only order one package at a time.
*Your site must be hosted. I will accept Freewebs etc. ONLY IF THEY ARE HIGH QUALITY.
* You must know HTML. I will not install the layout for you. I just don't have time.
* You must keep the layout up for atleast 2 weeks.
Please give me High Quality images, photoshoots will work better.
* In the order form where it says "Did you read the rules?" please put "One Tree Hill" just so I know you read these.
